Are all products genuinely made in Nepal?

Yes, 100%. Every single item at Dazzling Duck is handcrafted by local artisans and cooperatives across Kathmandu, Pokhara, Palpa, and mountain districts in Nepal.

How does shipping and local delivery work in Nepal?

We offer free same/next-day courier delivery within Kathmandu Valley. For other cities across Nepal, orders take 2–4 days. We also ship internationally via DHL/FedEx Express.

How do I care for Himalayan hemp and yak wool products?

For hemp items, spot clean with cold water and mild soap. For yak wool beanies, socks, and sweaters, hand-wash in cold water with wool detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay QR, Credit/Debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Nepal.
